Ana Centeno

Hello, I’m Ana. I arrived in Ibiza 20 years ago after studying pastry at the Hospitality and Tourism School. I don’t know why, I’ve always liked cooking, but my vocation for drawing and painting from a young age, along with manual and decorative crafts, I suppose was the ideal combination to merge art and design with gastronomy.

 

Mi primer trabajo fué en algunos de los hoteles más Prestigiosos de la isla, donde reforcé mi amor por la repostería, trabajando desde lo más humilde como ayudante de pastelería, hasta Chef Pastelero, dirigiendo eventos, diseñando postres gastronómicos o tartas especiales para nuestros exclusivos clientes.

 

Here in Ibiza, I found not only my passion for pastry but also the love of my life. My husband is a great Chef and culinary teacher on the island, and together we collaborate on private events, combining our skills in cooking and pastry.

 

However, after so many years in the hospitality environment, and after the pandemic, I decided it was time to follow my own path. Thus, Can Dulce Ibiza was born, where I dedicate myself to creating exclusive sweets and cakes with unique designs for clients looking for something special. Every cake I make carries my love for pastry combined with the tradition of Ibiza, and it is a pride to share my passion with you.
